Having spent three years researching and writing about this organization, it greatly encourages me to have Professor Solberg, one of the foremost experts on the Hebrew Roots Movement, weigh in with an in-depth analysis. His conclusions echo my own, further confirmation that this warning about FFOZ is both necessary and accurate.

Thank you, Pastor Powell, for all you do, your teachings in this dangerous group-FFOZ-& always by displaying their own words, videos etc & then your showing from God’s Word the false teachings they’re putting out there & what the Bible truly states in all of it. As one who was in their group for a short time, I’m so thankful for your dedication to this & others who will alert even more to this dangerous group. Praying for all who are under their false teachings that God keeps opening ears as he did mine leading me back to my true Christian roots.

DeleteBrother, just curious from your perspective: would you also consider Messianic Judaism (in whole or in part) to be promoting false teaching? If so, which teachings of theirs would you consider to be false? If not, what about their beliefs makes them okay in your eyes?
DeleteMessianic Judaism, like the Church, as a whole, has elements of false teaching within it. Examples can be found, but the difference is the foundational beliefs and hermeneutical principles at hand. This is the difference between having the flu and having cancer.
